Biography

How My Passion Began

My story with art started early in my childhood, creating some of the best memories I have from that period. It was a time when I could freely and joyfully express my creative self. However, life’s circumstances led me to lock my creativity deep within the waters of my psyche, where it remained dormant until I began reconnecting with it on my journey of inner growth. I have fallen in love with that childhood passion once again, rediscovering the inner voice I had once betrayed.

Now, I embrace it and breathe life into it like oxygen. It took me a while to arrive here, but it has been a journey of true self-discovery that continues to unfold many gifts.

Art gives me a voice and the freedom to share my inner world, alongside the universal wisdom of ancient philosophies and psychological truths that have been transforming my life for quite some time. Emerging from these personal and spiritual experiences, I’ve learned to truly love life, regardless of its challenges. I’ve found my purpose and learned to be grateful for all that the universe offers.

Through my art, I hope to inspire others to embark on a similar journey of inner exploration, to appreciate the simple things in life—such as the beauty of nature often overlooked in a busy society—and to embrace the full spectrum of human experiences.

When I’m not creating, I enjoy working as a psychotherapist, meditating, travelling, engaging in outdoor sports, and learning new things—all of which contribute to my creative process.

A Glimpse Into My Creative World

My atelier primarily focuses on painting and poetry, though I also explore other artistic forms. My work is inspired by nature and meditation, and shaped by influences from Impressionism, Expressionism, Surrealism, and figurative, spiritual or visionary art.

I’m currently in a phase of creative experimentation and evolution, so I choose not to confine myself to any single style. What I can promise is that everything I create is an expression of my inner, sacred world.

Creative Process

A Reflection

Art can serve as a powerful therapeutic tool, helping us release, process, and understand difficult emotions. It often leads us into deeper levels of the unconscious and allows us to perceive the world through the lens of the great creative energy we are all part of.
As intricate as the human psyche itself, art is inherently subjective—shaped by individual characteristics that continuously unfold in the creative process and often symbolised through various materials and personal experiences.

For me, it is an expression of my authentic self—my spirit—allowing me to connect with other spirits, whether in people, nature, or the universe, ultimately guiding me towards self-realisation, I hope.
